New Territory for Seniors - Taxes, Canada Revenue Agency

Taoist Tai Chi arts BEGINNER CLASS

Taoist Tai Chi arts are proven to benefit balance, strength, flexibility, and circulation, as well as to improve over all health and well being of body, mind and spirit. Taoist Tai Chi arts are based on a set of 108 gentle movements and proven to benefit balance, strength, flexibility and circulation, as well as improve over all health and well being of body, mind and spirit.
