Taoist Tai Chi arts HEALTH RECOVERY CLASS

Health Recovery Classes make use of the Taoist Tai Chi arts to help alleviate the symptoms of chronic illness or injury. Through regular practice, participants will gain better balance, strength, flexibility and circulation, as well as a sense of relaxation and well being. Contact: Tetsuko Jones

Citizens' Forum is a forum for discussions and information about the Town of The Blue Mountains in Ontario. It is primarily directed at residents and others associated with this municipality, but the meetings are open to all who are interested in participating in respectful and informative exchanges about our municipality.

We meet every Tuesday from 4:00pm - 6:00pm at 15 Harbour Street (former Maiolo's restaurant), with guest speakers every second week.
